If your items are damaged, please email across an image of the damaged item to us within 1 working day of receiving the item. Please remember to mention if you would like a replacement or if you would like us to go ahead with a refund.
2: Package up your return.
Please package your return so it is safe for transit in its original packaging and condition. Please remember to include your name, order number and the reason for return.3: Take to the post office and send your return to:
