Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Please ensure any changes to delivery addresses are emailed to info@dajachomedesigns.co.uk within 2 days or your original order. Please email quoting your order number and the new required delivery details.
What are your delivery times?
We aim to ship all orders between 3-5 business days from your original order. If we are unable to meet these timeframes then we will email you to confirm.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days from your original order. All returns must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If your order is damaged, please email us within 1 working day of your original order with images of the damage that and we will organise a replacement or refund for you.
