Please note that at this time we are only able to ship to the UK, Northern Ireland, and the Chanel Islands.

We will aim to ship orders between 3-5 days from the original date of the order by Evri. Delivery should be within 5 days from order however we cannot be held liable for and delays from Evri. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, then we will inform you by email. Once your item has been despatched we will send an email confirmation.

Please note that we cannot be liable for the loss of any items, or any additional postage costs.

We do hope you will be happy with your purchase however if you do feel the need to return an item, please filled the simple steps below:

1: Please email info@dajachomedesigns.co.uk with your order number, name and the reason for your return. If your items are damaged, please email across an image of the damaged item to us within 1 working day of receiving the item. Please remember to mention if you would like a replacement or if you would like us to go ahead with a refund.

2: Package up your return.

Please package your return so it is safe for transit in its original packaging and condition. Please remember to include your name, order number and the reason for return.

3: Take to the post office and send your return to:

Please note that you will be required to pay for the return postage costs.

We would recommend that you get proof of postage for your return as we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing. Refunds will only be made once Dajac Home Designs have received the return.

Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return. Please note that it may take up to 5 - 7 working days for your refund to appear in your account.

Once we have processed your refund, we will email you to confirm.
